From Bastia to Calvi, the "Slow-paced" GT20 North route invites you to discover Upper Corsica over four days. It is a Corsican journey taken at a leisurely pace: four stages of 50 to 75 km each, allowing you to explore the island's north without ever rushing.
You set off from Cap Corse and its Genoese towers, ride along the beaches of the Agriates Desert, and reach the hilltop villages of Balagne, traversing a landscape that shifts between wild terrain and spectacular coastline. It is an experience of seaside and village life in Upper Corsica—a region that reveals a new face each day.
The "Slow" pace gives you the time to truly savor the journey: time to pause at a beach, in a village, or at a local producer's table. It is the finest section of the great crossing, accessible to everyone.

A few days before departure, you can join a WhatsApp group with other travelers setting off on the same day. It’s a place to share impressions and discoveries, arrange to meet up for drinks or dinner, and sometimes even make new friends. Our team moderates the group throughout the journey. Your roadbook provides everything you need to fully enjoy your trip independently: the route, the stages, our recommended spots, and must-see locations.
